Craniotomy Impact on Fibrinolytic System of the Body

Abstract： It is not uncommon that patients with craniotomy have haemorrhaged in the intraoperative and postoperative,and its occurrence is closely related with blood coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolysis.This paper reviews the influence of craniotomy on fibrinolytic system.
