Abstract: Objective:To observe the differences of the nursing effect for high quality care and conventional nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:The acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, and 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was taken with quality care. The number of days in hospital, the complications and differences of satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) was used to assess the former rating and the level of anxiety in the 7 days after treatment of the two groups of patients, and the differences of the two groups were compared.Result:The results showed that the hospital days in the observation group was significantly shortened than that the control group. The incidence of complications was also significantly reduced. The nurse’s satisfaction level in the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05).The level of anxiety in the observation group was significantly reduced after seven days of high quality nursing, and the anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing care can effectively shorten the AMI patients hospitalized time, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, ease mood of anxiety in the patients, improve the satisfaction of patients to nurses at the same time, and it has high clinical application value.
