The Effect of Intraoperative Insulation on Blood Coagulation Function in Patients with Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Radical
Abstract: Objective:To observe in heat preservation of the blood coagulation function in patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical effect. Method:30 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=15) and the control group given conventional treatment, patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive heat preservation processing on the basis of control group. To observe and recorde nasopharyngeal temperature of patients after anesthesia and surgery began 90,180 min,and finish operation, and phlebotomize inspection prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thrombin time live enzymes(APTT),thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FBG).Result:The body temperature at each time point,PT,APTT,TT and FBG differences had statistical significance than pre-anesthetic medication in control group (P<0.01),there was no statistically significant difference than pre-anesthetic medication in the observation group(P>0.05).Two group finish temperature,PT,APTT,TT and FBG differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The blood coagulation function has no obvious change after heat preservation,it can reduce the blood loss during operation and complication, and improve the the safety and success rate of surgery.
