Abstract： Objective:To investigate the nursing staff in hospital window occupation identity status,and to provide basis for improving the quality of nursing service management window.Method:To carrie on the investigation to the Zhuhai city 197 outpatient nursing staff by using the Chinese version of nurses’ occupation identity scale.Result:Nursing personnel occupation identity score was (64.26±11.75);sense of grasping 7 dimension scores of (10.99±2.42) got the highest score,tissue effect was (4.74±0.92) which was the lowest score;different age,title,retaining age and specific nursing staff occupation identity score difference had statistics significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The outpatient nursing staff occupation identity is the middle level,nursing managers should pay attention to proper position adjustment and strengthening of the young nurses training.
