Impact of Working Life in the Differential Ultrasound Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Masses

Abstract: Objective:To discuss the impact of working life in the differential ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Method:15 doctors were divided into 3 groups according to work time,and a total of 498 breast lesions were analyzed.Comparison of different groups doctors’ diagnosis as sensitivity,specificity and accuracy according to the pathological results.Result:There were 264 cases with benign lesions and 234 cases with malignant lesions. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the doctors in 1-5 work years group seemed to be worse in the differential diagnosis of benign or malignant lesions than others doctors(above 5 work years),there were significant difference among them.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in 5-10 work years group was no significant difference with above 10 work years group.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor,working life play an important role.
