The Clinical Observation of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Used for Vocal Cord Take off in Anaesthesia Induce

Abstract： Objective:To observe the influencing of cardiovascular system of penehyclidine hydrochloride used for vocal cord take off in the anaesthesia induce,and the effect of repressing mouth cavity secretion and circumstance of awaking after operation.Method:To select a date vocal cord polyp surgical operation the sufferer was 80,the age was 20-59 years old,and the weight was 45-75 kilograms.It was randomly divided into A and B groups.Build up vein passage after becoming real expert,monitor sufferer’s electrocardiogram,non-invasive blood pressure,the pulse,blood oxygen saturation degree,start all of the veins tingling to induce,the A group combination penehyclidine hydrochloride,B group set had no suitable for use.To record the MAP and HR at entering the room and intraoperative,and oral secretions at intraoperative and pulling the endotracheal tube,and conscious sedation scores after operation.Result:The the changing of dynamics parameter and the mouth cavity secretion quantity in B group blood were higher than A group(P<0.05).The conscious sedation scores after operation had significance difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penehyclidine hydrochloride used for vocal cord take off in the anaesthesia induce can stable the Intraoperative hemodynamics and repress mouth cavity secretion,it is advantageous to the surgery operation smoothly and wound healing,postoperative conscious sedation,it is advantageous to postoperative recovery.
