The Analysis of the Change of NT-proBNP in Coronary Interventional Procedures Before and After
ZHOU Hong
Abstract: Objective:To explore the molecular level detection of NT-proBNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction after coronary interventional procedures change characteristics and clinical significance.Method:60 patients with AMI treated by PCI for the treatment group from October 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital, and the other 30 patients with AMI did not undergo PCI,as a control group. Two groups of patients were admitted to hospital, the hospital 24 hours,7 days,4 weeks four peripheral venous blood drawn 2 ml,determination of plasma levels of NT-proBNP molecule.Patients after discharge, all patients were followed up for an average of eight months,on the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with log analysis.Result:NT-proBNP levels were significantly lower in treatment group than which in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);NT-proBNP levels detected were also significant differences in treatment group before and after PCI(P<0.05),NT-proBNP significantly lower in postoperative than before surgery.By follow-up the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients after PCI was related with plasma NT-proBNP molecule levels for patients hospitalized for 7 days. Conclusion:Patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with PCI can decrease plasma NT-proBNP molecule concentration and play a significant improvement for cardiac function.
