Abstract： Objective:To explore the possibility under fiber nasopharynx burn and treat the epiglottis cyst 18 cases with Microwave.Method:Under fibernasopharynx laryngoscope,from the fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope of hole put into the Microwave the fiber,and treat the epiglottis cyst 18 patients.Result:18 cases all were cured. Following up above 0.5 year,No patients relapse.Conclusion:Under fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope the Microwave treat the epiglottis cyst the operation is simple,good view,curative effect.
