Effect of Predictive Nursing Guidelines in Nursing Care of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the ef ect of clinical of predictive nursing guidelines in the care children with hand foot and mouth disease.Method:Our hospital infectious diseases,doctors received from February 2008 to February 2013,114 cases of hand foot and mouth disease children as the research object,using a random number table were divided into the treatment group and the observation group,the treatment group was given predictability nursing guidelines,the control group was given conventional care,comparing the incidence of complications,length of hospital stay,hospital costs,nursing ef ect of the comparison between two groups.Result:The treatment group children with the incidence of complications,length of stay and hospital costs were significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictability care guidelines in the care children with hand foot and mouth disease has a good clinical results,can significantly reduce complications,shorter hospital stays,reduce hospitalization costs,it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical.
