Analysis of Perioperative Care of Elderly Seborrheic Keratosis
Abstract： Objective:To analyze perioperative care methods of elderly seborrheic keratosis.Method:Will the author’s hospital implementation of routine nursing care of 46 cases of seborrheic keratosis elderly patients as control group,will implement comprehensive perioperative nursing of 53 cases of elderly patients as observation group,compared two groups of patients’state of mind,the cure rate,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction.Result:Observation group of patients’satisfaction,patient’s psychological status and postoperative complication rates were significantly better than control group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Observation group cure rate was better than control group,two groups compare difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative care measures can effectively improve the cure rate and patient satisfaction rates,effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,and significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
