Study on Different Venous Sampling Methods Influence on Blood Specimen Hemolysis

Abstract： Objective:Comparative analysis the traditional disposable syringe venous sampling method and vacuum blood collection method the influence of the differences of blood specimen hemolysis phenomenon,explicitly advanced vacuum blood sampling method and nursing methods.Method:300 cases of emergency vein blood of patients in intensive care is needed in a random combination of the control group(n=150) were divided into experiment,the experimental group of vacuum blood collection method to return blood specimens,the control group with disposable syringe in pursuance of law to return blood specimens, compared two groups of blood specimen hemolysis occurred.Result:The experimental group USES the vacuum blood sampling method to return blood specimen hemolysis rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Vacuum blood sampling method to return blood specimen hemolysis rate is lower than the traditional disposable syringe venous sampling method to return blood specimen hemolysis rate.
