Comparative Analysis of Changes of Cardiac Enzymes,Troponin T,C-Reactive Protein before and after Treatment of Heart Failure

Abstract： Objective:To explore myocardial enzymes,troponin T (TnT) and C-reactive protein levels in heart failure treatment before and after the change.Method:Select January 2011-December 2012,the author’s hospital treated 120 patients with heart failure and 50 cases of healthy subjects were analyzed, and 120 patients as observation group,50 cases of healthy subjects as control group,the analysis of observation group of heart failure patients before and after the treatment of creatine kinase isoenzyme,C-reactive protein and troponin T levels of change,and at the same time complete the control index of corresponding detection.Result:After compared with control group,treatment group C-reactive protein level basically unchanged,while the observation group of troponin T and creatine kinase isoenzyme in although appeared significant change before and after the treatment,but still higher than the control group,two groups compare difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of patients with heart failure,can through the creatine kinase isoenzyme,C-reactive protein and troponin T levels test evaluation in patients with disease progression and treatment progress.
