Abstract: Objective:To observe under the microscope keyhole surgery on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clear efficacy discuss its clinical applicability. Method:96 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from May 2011 to September 2012,were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group. Traditional craniotomy control group, the experimental group under a microscope keyhole surgery. Observed two groups of patients with urinary tract infections, lung infections, gastrointestinal bleeding, local hematoma and water and electrolyte disturbance occurrence of postoperative complications, and after a month of clinical efficacy were compared.Result:The occurrence of postoperative complications in patients in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);postoperative an experimental group of patients with good clinical efficacy rate is significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the microscope keyhole surgery on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage clears fewer postoperative complications, and to good effect.
