16 Row Helical CT Imaging Diagnosis of Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma
Abstract： Objective:To explore the features of MSCT of renal clear cel carcinoma,in order to improve the understanding and diagnostic level.Method:Including the first people’s hospital were retrospectively studied in 16 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma,summary and analysis of the MSCT manifestations of renal clear cell carcinoma. Result:CT scan of 16 cases were found a kidney tumor the largest diameter can be up to 12 cm,morphological diversity and outside to the kidney.Scan lesions showed homogeneous low density or mixed density,shows dif erent degree calcification. Enhanced cortex phase,significantly strengthening solid part,CT value is+54~+174 Hu,increased by+121 Hu. Our group have obvious psuedocapsule signs in 5 cases.Conclusion:CT manifestation of CRCC has certain characteristics,MSCT for CRCC checking method of the ideal.
