Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Anal Fistula Cutting Seam Drainage Operation in Patients with Anal Fistula

Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of anal fistula cutting seam drainage operation.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 87 cases of anal fistula patients were treated in our hospital,according to the different operation mode were divided into control group and observation group;Compared curative effect after operation,postoperative pain,wound healing time,anal incontinence score of Wexner,and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed after operation.Results:The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05);Postoperative pain time and wound healing time were significantly less than that in control group,anal incontinence scores of Wexner was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group incision discharging rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of pruritus,pain were not significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anal fistula cutting seam drainage procedure for patients with anal fistula is significant effect,and the incidence of adverse reaction is not increased,postoperative wound healing,and is worthy of clinical application.
