Astragalus Injection for the Treatment of Children Refractory Pneumonia with Experience of 58 Cases

Abstract： Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection on children refractory pneumonia.Methods:Selected 110 cases of children with refractory pneumonia,randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases as the control group conventional treatment (such as anti-inflammatory,antivirus,sputum suction,oxygen and correcting heart failure,etc.),58 cases of application of astragalus membranaceus injection as observation group and routine treatment,observe two groups of clinical symptoms improved after treatment of 7 days,and follow-up the case again and again.Results:Observation group total effective rate 94.8%,curative effect is distinct,78.8%better than the control group.Conclusion:Astragalus membranaceus injection on the treatment of children with refractory pneumonia has good curative effect,worth clinical application.
