Abstract： Objective:To study the selection standard cases after the operation and effective auxiliary treatment to early breast cancer surgery using the milk has good local control level,the survival rate and quality of life.Methods:The related in our hospital from May 2006 to December 2012 treatment of early breast cancer patients with surgical breast application keep fifty cases,such as surgery patients found mass should be widely,together with the cleaning armpit lymph node resection. If the mass lesion in the patients with breast on the quadrant,need block resection of primary stove and armpit.Do the routine auxiliary radiation and chemotherapy.Results:The milk group of local recurrence rate was 8.0%,survival rate was 96.0%,radical group of local recurrence rate was 12.0%,survival rate was 88.0%.Conclusion:The treatment of early breast cancer milk key measures are standard wide resection,armpit lymph node dissection is clean,and postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy and chemotherapy,can good inhibition local recurrence rate,and the milk after treatment most patients maintain a good breast shape.
