Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Different Proton Pump Inhibitors in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

Abstract： Objective:To compare the different proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding,clinical work for reference.Methods:From October 2009 to September 2012,105 cases as research subjects,grouped according to the random method was accepted,including anti-infection,bleeding, symptomatic treatment of gastric mucosal protective,acid-suppressing patients with peptic ulcer bleeding. Group A was given omeprazole,group B was given pantoprazole.Contrasted the difference of efficacy and safety.Results:The effectiveness of group B was significantly higher than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding has an important value,the efficacy of pantoprazole has certain advantages,better prospects for clinical application.
