Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of active vitamin D3 on the levels of micro-inflammation in patients with maintained hemodialysis. Methods:Sixty patients with maintained hemodialysis were assigned to history control group(n=30) and treatment group(n=30).Both of them treated with routine medicine treatment, while the treatment group added active vitamin D3,2μg per time,2 times per week. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αwere measured before and after treatment. Results:The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were decrease in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group had better therapy outcomes(P<0.05). Conclusion:Active vitamin D3 can reduce the level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,therefore down-regulate the micro-inflammation in patients with maintained hemodialysis.
