The Effect of Community Care on Type 2 Diabetes Using Insulin Therapy by Self-injection

Abstract: Objective:To explore community care on the note the effect of insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes.Methods:Choice in January 2011-January 2013 the residential community of independent use insulin subcutaneous injection treatment of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes,the sampling method used randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group of community nursing intervention measures,the control group compared with blank control. Compare two groups of patients 3 months after intervention fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.Results:Intervention after 3 months,the observation group of fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly lower than the control group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The independent use insulin subcutaneous injection treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes in community nursing,can obviously control the blood sugar,improve the quality of life of patients.
