Abstract: Objective:To evaluate The effects of diagnosis on the solitary thyroid nodule by two-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods:86 cases of solitary thyroid nodule patients from May 2011 to May 2012 were treated as the observation group,two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of patients observed in patients with solitary thyroid nodule pathological changes the comparison between the case, the two-dimensional ultrasound image features, internal blood flow distribution.Results:86 cases of solitary thyroid nodules in patients with benign 81 cases, patients with malignant patients for five cases.Knot goiter 51 cases,30 cases of adenoma, thyroid cancer group 5 cases. All patients with solitary thyroid nodule pathological changes in comparison, there was no significant difference(P>0.05);nodular calcification in the three groups, halo or without nodules around echo and internal blood flow and other indications of comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary thyroid nodule with high accuracy,it is suitable for clinical long-term promotion and application.
