The Discussion of Clinical Treatment and Pregnancy Results after Treatment for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility Card

Abstract： Objective:To explore the methods of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility card,and the influence of the results.Methods:In our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 69 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treatment,the purpose in the treatment of the disease was restore fertility,scheme metformin plus clomiphene citrate combination therapy,period of treatment for 12 weeks,compared to before and after treatment LH(luteinizing),T(testosterone),FINS(fasting detection insulin levels) and FBG(fasting blood sugar value) level changes,and finally the pregnancy.Results:After treatment,T,LH and the content of FINS than before treatment down more,there was statistical significant(P<0.05),FBG level before and after treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,and patients (60.87%) with oviposit phenomenon,finally had a total 29 patients(42.03%) successful pregnancy. Conclusion:Metformin and clomiphene citrate combination therapy polycystic ovary syndrome infertility syndrome of clinical effect is better,ovulation rate is high,and it increases the risk of pregnancy,no side effect,it is safer.
