The Nursing Intervention and Efficacy Observation of Inhalation Treatment for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on inhalation treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:The 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2013 treated by budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy were randomized into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (nursing intervention),30 patients per group.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications,and the the hospitalization time,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS) scores in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased,the incidence of complications was obviously decreased,the hospitalization time,SAS and SDS scores were significantly reduced in the observation group,there were statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the effective nursing intervention during the treatment of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficay and nursing quality,and worthy of clinical promotion.
