Application of Normal Resting ECG ST-T Changes in Diagnosis of Aged Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract： Objective:Investigate the application of normal resting ECG ST-T changes in the diagnosis of aged coronary heart disease,for reference. Methods:Select 135 cases from Feb 2010 to Jan 2013 as research object,were routine ECG examination. Results of coronary arteriography for coronary heart disease diagnosis basis,compare the differences between ECG and coronary angiography.Results:The results of coronary arteriography in 68 cases,accounting for 50.37%.conventional resting ECG ST-T changes of ECG,84 cases were positive,accounting for 62.22%;of which 38 cases true positive,46 cases false positive. ECG of 51 cases were negative,accounting for 37.78%;of which 30 cases false negative,21 cases true negative.The correct rate of ECG diagnosis was 43.71%.Conclusion:Routine resting ECG ST-T change the value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is not high,clinical should not be used as diagnosis of senile coronary heart disease according to,can only be used as auxiliary diagnostic means.
