Clinical Observation on Thrombolytic Therapy for Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Intravenous

Abstract： Objective:To analyze and summarize the clinical ef ects of thrombolytic therapy for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Selected 86 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 by random .86 cases were divided into group A and group B.Group A(33 patients) took Mono Yosemite method. Group B(53 patients )took Mono Yosemite method and thrombolytic therapy.Results:The coronary artery recanalization ratio of group B was greater than in group A.Left ventricular ejection fraction of group B was higher than group A.The incidence of adverse reactions of group B was efficiency lower than that in group A.Conclusion:Thrombolytic therapy is an effectively method in treating elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.
