The Implementation Effect of Lamaze Pain Relieving Delivery

Abstract： Objective:To investigate the role of Lamaze pain relieving delivery to reduce pain in childbirth,and analyse its feasibility.Methods:505 cases of pregnant women of delivery in our hospital were selected,which received Lamaze pain relieving delivery training 71 cases as observation group,without Lamaze pain relieving delivery training in 434 cases as control group,to compare the effect.Results:The ratio of Lamaze pain relieving delivery training in pregnant women was 14.06%;SDS score,SAS score,and labor pain,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor time and 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:we should strengthen cooperation of many departments of Lamaze pain relieving delivery training propaganda in the clinical work,according to the specific situation to improve teaching measures,in order to further popularize,in order to improve the safety of pregnant women in vaginal delivery and delivery ratio.
