Small Incision Discectomy for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion of Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis and Clinical Research
GUAN Guo-yi
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the small incision fenestration discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation and clinical efficacy of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods:From January 2009-2012 year in December in author’s hospital,68 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and lumbar spinal stenosis patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group by using double blind method, the treatment group underwent small incision fenestration, control group underwent laminectomy, hemilaminectomy cutting pulp discectomy, curative effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:68 patients are positioning precision,no positioning errors and hard tear membrane sac and nerve root injury, and so on and so forth. Treatment group rate of good postoperative JOA score,VAS score and clinical were superior to control group (P<0.05);Two groups of preoperative and postoperative 6 months of X line and slice side, with a flexion position measurement results and intervertebral foramen intervertebral disc comparative differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05);Were followed up for 6months to 3 years, the treatment group and herniation recurrence rate was 2.94%,control group was 11.76%,compared two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision fenestration discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation and spinal stenosis can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve the lumbar vertebral function, maintain the stability of the spine, and the bone damage,is worth the clinical promotion.
