Locking Plate Internal Fixed Treatment Limbs Long Bone Nonunion of Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Abstract： Objective:To observe in the locking plate fixed to limbs long bone nonunion of clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:To apply the traditional steel plate fixed treatment of 16 cases of limbs long bone nonunion patients as control group,to lock in the steel plate fixed treatment of 16 patients for treatment group,compared to two groups of patients limbs long bone nonunion average healing time,complications and sequelae situation.Results:Treatment group limbs long bone nonunion average healing time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications and sequelae significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of locking plate in treatment of limbs fixed long bone nonunion,patients nonunion healing is good,safe,reliable,and recovery in good condition,it is worth clinical application.
