Abstract: Objective:To study the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients clinical curative effect of minimally invasive treatment. Methods:Admitted to hospital where the author selected 68 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as research subjects, divided into minimally invasive treatment group and control group 34 cases. minimally invasive treatment group choose YL-type 1 one-time intracranial hematoma puncture needle and enzyme, biochemical technology, patients will be intracranial hematoma for liquefaction, using the needle will eliminate cranial outside,to remove the hematoma purpose,at the same time, select and patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage in patients with medical treatment, carries on the contrast, compare two groups of patients with the total effective rate. Results:The minimally invasive treatment group patients were cured for number eighteen cases, invalid number 4 cases, medical treatment group patients were cured,8 cases were invalid number in 12 cases, minimally invasive treatment group total effective rate of patients (88.22%) patients were higher than that of control group total effective rate (64.71%),two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have remarkable curative effect, and has the cure rate is high, the operation is simple, quick recovery, the advantages of small trauma,it is worth clinical widely promotion and application.
