The Liver Parenchyma Incision Lithotomy Joint Choledochoscope Treatment of Hepatolithiasis Clinical Effect
Abstract： Objective:To investigate the hepatic parenchyma lithotomy incision combined with choledochoscope for intrahepatic bile duct stones clinical effect.Methods:In our hospital,180 cases of hepatolithiasis patients,divided into control group and experimental group,control group only received liver parenchyma lithotomy treatment,the experimental group underwent hepatic parenchyma lithotomy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results:In patients with calculi residual rate,relapse rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly better than the control group patients,two patients clinical curative effect contrast statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research results show that,the liver parenchyma lithotomy incision combined with choledochoscope for intrahepatic bile duct stone,with satisfactory clinical curative effect,and the stones residual rate and lower relapse rate,so it has high value in clinical application.
