Observation and Nursing Care of Diabetic Insulin Pump Therap

Abstract： Objective:To observe the clinic curative effect and investigate the measure of nursing improve of continuous subcutaneous insulin in fusion(CSⅡ)treatment in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:60 type 2 diabetic patients were diveded into treatment group(treted by CSⅡ,n=30) and control group (treted by MSⅡ,n=30).Fasting plasma 2 housepostprandial glueouse were not significantly difference before treatment(P>0.05).The plasma glucose of before and after 2 house three meals,the times of hypoglycemia,daybreok’s phenomena,the control of plasma glucose days were improved and compared.Results:The control of plasma glucose in the treatment group was significantly excellent than control group.Conclusion:The way of CS Ⅱ has nicety,agility,safety, conremence.The excellent nursing is importance pledge of CS Ⅱ treatment in type 2 diabetic patients.
