Abstract： Objective:To explore the effective ways to improve the quality of infusion.Methods:Venous specialist nurse training,the venous treatment professional team,write related systems and processes,theories and skills training,improve the evaluation index and quality supervision system,specialized operation and consultation.Results:After intravenous therapy standardization management,the nurse of intravenous infusion of relevant theoretical knowledge and skills mastery level obviously improved (P<0.01),intravenous nurse index decreased obviously.Conclusion:The venous treatment standardization management advantage points play to the role of the infusion specialist nurses,improve the quality of intravenous treatment nursing,to ensure the safety of transfusion.
