Clinical Evaluation of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Stroke Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction

Abstract： Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:Selecting of elderly stroke admitted in the author’s hospital accompanied by swallowing dysfunction patients 140 cases,were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group (experimental group) and routine nursing group(control group),observed compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency and satisfaction degrees of study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive psychological intervention and auxiliary rehabilitation nursing measures for elderly with swallowing dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy has a better curative effect.
