Effect Observation on the Moxifloxacin and Capreomycin Prescription in the Treatment of Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract： Objective:To study the clinical effect of moxifloxacin and capreomycin prescription in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:52 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(levofloxacin and capreomycin group)26 cases and observation group(moxifloxacin and capreomycin group)26 cases,then the sputum negative conversion rate at different times,incidence of adverse reaction and liver function indexes before and after the treatment at different times of two groups were compared.Results:The sputum negative conversion rates of observation group at different times were higher than those of control group,incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group,liver function indexes after the treatment at different times were all lower than those of control group too,there were all significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The moxifloxacin and capreomycin prescription in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis is better,and its bad influence for the body is relatively smaller.
