Observation of Alprostadil and Normal Frequency Ventilation Combined Treatment of Neonatal Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract： Objective:To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil combined CMV for treatment of newborn PPHN.Methods:40 PPHN new borns were chosen and randomly divided into ventilation group which was given routine mechanical ventilation and combination group which was given alprostadil combined CMV,each with 20 cases.Blood gas results like PaO2,PaCO2 and total effective rate of both groups after treatment were compared.Results:Blood gas results of combination group was better than ventilation group,and total effective rate of combination group was 95% obviously superior to ventilation group 65%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Alprostadil combined CMV for treatment of newborn PPHN has a significant clinical effect and should be popularized.
