Clinical Observation on Pinghengzhen Combined Huaisanzhen Concurrent Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Sciatica of 25 Cases

Abstract： Objective:Clinical observation on Pinghengzhen combined with Huaisanzhen concurrent treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion sciatica.Methods :Selecting the author’s hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 50 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with sciatica,randomly divided into two groups,control group 25 cases with cupping therapy,observation group 25 cases with Pinghengzhen combined with Huaisanzhen,compared two groups of clinical curative effect. By using visual analog score(VAS),before treatment and after 20 d evaluating pain,lumbar disease treatment effect assessment analysis lumbar function,improvement of curative effect evaluation based on clinical signs.Results:Examine group cure rate,to improve lumbar function index and analgesic effects were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinghengzhen combined Huaisanzhen concurrent treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion sciatica,safe and reliable,has a good curative effect,worth clinical promotion.
