The Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of 38 Patients of Adverse Events in Primary Level Hospitals Cause Analysis and Countermeasures
Abstract：Objective:To enhance the consciousness of risk of nursing staff and decrease the incidence rate of adverse events,by means of the analysis of adverse events in nursing of primary hospital.Methods:38 nursing cases happened from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed.Results:The risk of nursing was realized and nursing behavior was regulated.Consequently,the incidence rate of adverse events was decreased.Conclusion:Once the adverse events in nursing appear,we must Cooperate with related people to solve the problem.
