Influence on the Innovation of Obstetric Nursing Mode for Women in Labor
Abstract：Objective:To analysis of obstetric nursing innovation patterns in pregnant women of influence,to improve the quality of nursing care delivery method.Methods:From August 2012 October 2011 in our hospital 120 cases of pregnant women as the research object,were randomly divided into routine nursing group and the innovation nursing group,routine nursing group take the routine nursing,innovation of nursing group in the usual care group based on the psychological nursing care,two groups of mode of delivery,delivery time carries on the contrast analysis.Results:The innovation of nursing patients to mode of delivery,delivery time and routine nursing group,a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional care,pregnant women for effective psychological nursing care,to eliminate the fear of a patient,the restless mood,improve the natural birth rate,reduce the time of delivery,the delivery quality has important sense.
