Electrocardiogram Analysis of Acute Pulmonary Embolism in Patients with Fracture
Abstract:Objective:To explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram changes and the diagnosis value in patients with fracture having acute pulmonary embolism. Methods:The electrocardiograms of patients in hospital because of fracture and having the complication of acute pulmonary embolism from June 2007 to Dec 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:(1)Nodal tachycardia, accounts for 63%.(2)SⅠQⅢTⅢ,accounts for 45%.(3)The diagram of right heart overload and acute right heart failure.Incomplete and complete right bundle branch block accounts for 55%,the increase of V1R amplitude accounts for,P-pulmonale and V1-V3 T-wave inversion accounts for 36%and 36%.Conclusion:Although there is non-specific by using electrocardiogram to diagnose the acute pulmonary embolism, there are some characteristics of changes to follow.Combine the electrocardiogram changes before and after PE can have a higher diagnosis value.
