Analyzing Marvelon’s and Estrogen’s Treatment Effects on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
Abstract：Objective:To study and analyze marvelon’s and estrogen’s treatment effects on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods:Chosing 96 cases of these adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients who have been admitted in our hospital as clinical study objectives.Divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,each group had 48 cases.Adopted marvelon to experimental group’s patients as treatment,while adopted estrogen to control group’s patients as treatment.Observed and recorded these two groups’ patients’ hemostatic time and hospital stay time,and then compared and analyzed.Results:Experimental group’s control hemostatic,completely hemostatic time and average hospital stay time were shorter than control group’s,it was statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Marvelon has better effect on the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
