Danhong Injection Combined with Early Rehabilitation Training on Motor Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with early rehabilitation training treating cerebral infarctio.Methods:60 patients with cerebral infarctio were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was applied with Danhong injection 30 ml and saline 200 ml intravenously,once a day,while combined with early rehabilitation training.The control group was applied with Danshen injection 40 ml and saline 200 ml intravenously,once a day.All of above were used in conjunction 14 d,two groups were observed before and after treatment of neural function defect degree and comparison.Results:The two groups of patients with clinical neurological defect scores were decreased after treatment,the treatment group FMA,BI were higher than those in the control group,clinical neurological deficit scores were lower than the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Danhong injection combined with early rehabilitation training can obviously improve motor function of the limbs of patients with cerebral infarction and the ability of daily life,and relieve the symptoms of clinical neural function defect of patients,and is superior to conventional therapy.
