The Role of Community Nursing Intervention on Spread of HFMD
Abstract：Objective:To explore the role of community nursing intervention on spread of HFMD.Methods:Adopt various methods to control the spread of HFMD,The main measures include health education,familial nursing care guidance,strengthen the disease prevention and control in preschool children and baby-sitting institutions.Results:From 2009 to 2011,community health service center follow-up treatment on 176 patients with HFMD,and the incidence of HFMD was decreased year by year,the incidence of HFMD in 2009,2010 and 2011 was 75.10/10 million,66.08/10 million,60.03/10 million.In 2011 and 2010,the incidence of HFMD was significantly lower than the average incidence rate average in national(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention was a effective way to prevent the spread of HFMD.
