100 Cases of Complicated Retinal Detachment Postoperative Care

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the 100 cases of complicated retinal detachment surgery.Methods:Admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011,100 cases of complicated retinal detachment patients as research subjects,100 cases of complicated retinal detachment patients were treated with surgery treatment.Randomly divided into a control group and care group,50 patients in the control group patients after surgery using conventional of care.50 cases care group humane care.Results:Care patients after the humane care,effective and 43 patients (86%) and effective clinical symptoms in 6 cases (12%),invalid 1 (2%),the total efficiency of 98%,and control patients were cured,33 cases (66%),5 cases (10%),12 cases (24%),with a total efficiency 76%,with a significant difference(P<0.01),nursing patients after the intervention,depression,fear,anxiety,tension is significantly reduced,indicates that the hospital humane care to good effect.Conclusion:It should provide patients with a comprehensive,full,professional,humane care,improve patient satisfaction,reflecting the value of nurses’professional.
