Investigation of the Effect of Positive Psycho-aiming in Improving Nurses’Professional Dedication
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of positive psycho-aiming in improving nurses’professional dedication.Methods:Pick 214 nurses in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 and divide them into experimental group and control group. Each has 107 members.The control group took routine regulation while the experimental group was added positive psycho-aiming measures. Record the scores before and 6 months and one year after the observation with the Gallup poll. Results:Both have increased scores copared with that before the observation,but the experimental group gets better scores than the control group with significant difference statistically.Conclusion:Positive psycho-aiming can timely find and tackle problems in nursing work,improve nurses’professional dedication and make for the management of hospital.
