Nursing for Tracheotomy Patients with Reflux of Stomach Substances Caused by Nasal Feeding
Abstract:Objective:To probe into clinical application value of nursing for tracheotomy patients with reflux of stomach substances caused by nasal feeding.Methods:Selected 68 tracheotomy patients with nasal feeding in our hospital. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. There were 34 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine care in general. The patients in intervention group were given systematic nursing intervention. The clinical situation and RDQ scale improve situation of the patients in two groups were compared and analysis.Results:Compared with control group,patients in intervention group the rates of reflux,aspiration,and aspiration pneumonia were reduced significantly,there were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with control group,patients in intervention group the scores of hiccups,acid reflux,regurgitation,cough,fever sputum to see the substances of the stomach,the positive test for stomach substances occult blood were improved significantly,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention has positive significance of adjuvant therapy for reducing the occurred of reflux of stomach substances of tracheotomy patients caused by nasal feeding. It is suitable for further clinical application.
