Clinical Analysis and Care of Early on Set Severe Preeclampsia
Abstract:Objective:To study the outcomes and care of early on set severe preeclampsia.Methods:A restrospective study was carried out on 278 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia in January 2007 to December 2011,according to the gestational,they were divided into early-onset group (gestational age <32 weeks) and late-onset group(gestational age≥32 weeks),to compare the two groups of patients in the incidence、the characteristics of the disease and perinatal complications.Results:The expected duration of treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia was significantly more than the late-onset group,and the difference had significant mean(P<0.05).The incidence of early-onset severe preeclampsia maternal complications,as well as the induction of labor rate is significantly higher.The perinatal complications incidence of early-onset group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The time of onset and the incidence of complications in patients with severe preeclampsia and perinatal outcomes obviously related.Expectant treatment according to the patient’s condition,enhanced care,try to extend the gestational age,and improve perinatal prognosis.
