Nursing Care Acute for Sixty Cases of Aortic Dissection with Stent Implantation

Abstract：Objective:To study the nursing method of acute aortic dissection treatment with stent implantation.Methods:The primary vital signs were checked before operation,the best nursing care plan was formulated.Powerful analgesics were used to relieve pain;the blood pressure and heart rate were controlled. The fear of patients with anxiety was eliminated by patient and good communication. Prevention and cure of the postoperative complications,healthy lifestyle was learned to the patients.Results:Sixty patients with acute aortic stent were successfully implanted the vascular stent.45 cases were healed,15 cases were discharged with a better health condition without any complication,and the satisfaction rate of patients towards nursing was reached 93%.Conclusion:Strict nursing care plan,perfect preoperative preparation,closely observed the patient’s condition and intensive prevention of complications was the key to elevate achievement ratio of operation and improve life quality.Considerate care and high sense of responsibility were also one of the keys to the success of the operation.
