The Experimental Research of Inhibition of PI3K Signaling Pathway on Apoptosis of Myeloma Cells
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of inhibition of PI3K signaling pathway on apoptosis of myeloma cells.Methods:30 patients with MM in our hospital were selected,which were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Results:Cell inhibition rate,apoptosis rate,Bcl-2,Bim, Caspase-3,Caspase-9 in LY294002 combination with DME had significant differences with DME only (P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhibition of PI3K signaling pathway can effectively inhibit apoptosis of myeloma.
