Practice and Experience of High Quality Nursing in Neurosurgery
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the practice and experience of quality nursing care in neurosurgery.Methods:Reflect the theme of high quality service,The authors strengthened the propaganda of quality nursing care concept,adjusted the nursing mode,carried out the responsibility,developed of specialized nursing connotation,and strengthened the health guidance.Results:The satisfaction of patient and family rose from 92.5%to 98%,which resulted in a more harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and decreased nursing adverse events.Conclusion:High quality of nursing care not only strengthens basic nursing for patients but promotes the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
