The Clinical Application of Wireless Dual Plate Digital Diagnost

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical application of wireless dual plate digital diagnost.Methods:240 patients received wireless dual plate digital diagnost (DR) were selected as DR group,while another 240 patients received X-ray machine photograph of the chest radiographs were selected as the ordinary X-ray group. The differences of radiation dose,image quality,work efficiency,medical quality and other aspects of both groups were compared. Results:In DR group, the radiation dose was 0.14 mGy,it was significantly lower than that of ordinary X-ray group (0.32 mGy);the radiography quality rate of DR group was 85.42%, significantly higher than that of ordinary X-ray group (53.33%);while the film scrap rate was 0%,significantly lower than those of the ordinary ray group (4.17%);the average inspection time in the DR group was (0.25±0.14 ) min,and the average access time report was (2.62±0.53)min,they were significantly shorter than that of the ordinary X-ray group;In DR group,the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate of leakage,misdiagnosis caused by medical disputes occurred rate were significantly lower than that in the ordinary X-ray group,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional radiography system,the wireless double plate DR has lower radiation dose,higher image quality,and higher working efficiency,it has great value in improving radiology examination quality and medical service level.
